Refund / Cancellation Policy

● Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. Cancellation can not be completed online.

 

● A promotional offer Can Not be Cancelled. A promotion can be rescheduled without any additional fees. If you notify our office 48 hours before your appointment. There are no refunds on promotions.

 

● Rescheduling an appointment before 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur no additional charges. This reschedule can be completed online.

 

● Rescheduling requests made for the same day of a scheduled appointment will incur a $150 rescheduling fee which will be processed before rescheduling.

 

● If a GC specialist deems it not possible or unnecessary to perform a procedure, a $150 consultation fee will be charged.

 

● If a GC specialist begins a procedure and discovers unusual findings that prevent or medically contraindicates continuing the circumcision, the procedure will be terminated and considered diagnostic.

 

● A diagnostic procedure replaces the circumcision procedure and no refund will be returned under these circumstances.
